What current are your prices in?
All prices listed are in USD.
What method of shipment is used?
We are fulfilling all the orders within 4 hours with DHL EXPRESS, FedEx and UPS.
Delivery time-frames are as follows:
- USA: 3-7 working days
- United Kingdom: 3-7 working days
- Rest of Europe: 3-7 working days
- Rest of World: 5-10 working days

Customs duties and taxes international orders
We will do our best to avoid and reduce the customs duties and taxes payable on all International orders. However, in the event that an international shipment attracts customs duties and taxes, the customer is required to pay all the Customs, Duties, and Taxes on the order.
When do you ship out orders?
Products are handed over to DHL Express, FedEx and UPS within 1-2 business days. Exceptionally, the processing time for some products may take up to 3 working days.
Is shipping free for customers?
Yes, shipping is FREE for all orders. In appreciation of your support, we pay the shipping fee on behalf of our customers.
Which shipping companies do you work with?
Generally, we will fulfill most orders via DHL EXPRESS within 48 hours. However, UPS, FedEx Express, or TNT Express will be used to deliver to some countries.
Can I track the delivery of my order?
Yes, you can follow its journey to you. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way within 48 hours.
If you haven't received feedback, you can request your tracking information by emailing support@outfitlift.com for assistance.
What if I am not happy with the products after I have received them? Return?
We offer full refunds for returned items within 30 days of receipt. Simply email support@outfitlift.com and we will help you from there.
All returned orders must be sent back in a plastic package, not a box. This makes the return process smoother with the shipping companies and ensures that you will receive your refund/exchange in a timely manner. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. This includes the cost of the shipping label for original payment refunds. Shipping costs are non-refundable. My order is taking longer than estimated time. Why?
There can sometimes be delays in order time due to customs clearance, logistics hold-ups, the holiday season, and other factors. Please understand that we cannot always control this. Occasionally, delays may occur due to these factors, so please remain patient and refer to the tracking information provided.
Is my payment secured?
Your payment will be 100% secure. We only accept payments through the following companies:Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and PayPal. Our website is secured with SSL encryption. No third parties will have access to your information.
Can I cancel, change my address or order?
Please e-mail us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Orders MUST be canceled the same day they are made, or they will be processed. Once the item has been processed, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order. Please note that it is your responsibility to use the correct address. We do not offer refunds for incorrect addresses on the customer's side.
