NO Return Policy

Taking into account the high cost of return to Turkey and the current situation of the Covid-19 pandemic, we are unable to take returned items.

Refund

However, your product working correctly is important to us, and for this, we want to ensure that we are here to help you out as much as possible. Your 100% money-back guarantee protects you in the case of damaged or defective products upon verified delivery. If you receive a damaged item within your order please immediately send us a picture of your items that arrived damaged at support@outfitlift.com.

We only allow refunds to be submitted by the customer within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase reception, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

*Please note: We do not issue refunds for the following:

  • Theft of package from home address
  • A customer entered the wrong address
  • The customer wrongly selects the size. You can email me if you are not sure.

Please contact our Customer Support team (Contact Us Page) to start the return process. Please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
  • Contact name
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact telephone number


In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

This is vital for OUTFITLIFT to locate your information and assist you as swiftly as possible.

Damaged or defective items need to be addressed within 14 days from the day of delivery.

Once the product is reviewed & confirmed damaged or defective by OUTFITLIFT, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item. Any product prior to confirmation is not eligible for either.

Please note: For any orders that need to pay extra shipping costs, this money is non-refundable.


Chargebacks

In the event a chargeback is submitted by customers while they are eligible for a full refund, the chargeback must be removed before a full refund is applied.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
