We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide.


Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once your package leaves our facility, we cannot intercept a package, expedite transit times, change shipping methods, or locate your package beyond the carrier's tracking information.

We are NOT responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit or marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. OUTFITLIFT cannot be held responsible for packages returned to our warehouse or sent to the wrong address due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

While items are inspected before they leave our store, OUTFITLIFT is NOT responsible for orders that arrive damaged by the shipping carrier.

 

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there is some location we are unable to ship to. We will contact you if you happen to be located in one of those countries.

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Generally, we will fulfill most orders via DHL EXPRESS within 48 hours. However, UPSFedEx Express, or TNT Express will be used to deliver to some countries.

Delivery time-frames are as follows:
  • USA: 3-7 working days
  • United Kingdom: 3-7 working days
  • Rest of Europe: 3-7 working days
  • Rest of the World: 5-10 working days

    Please remember that delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.

    Please note, we cannot take responsibility for items delayed by holidays. Factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time.

     

    IS SHIPPING FREE FOR CUSTOMERS?

    Yes, shipping is FREE for all orders. In appreciation of your support, we pay the shipping fee on behalf of our customers.

     

    WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS AND TAXES

    We ship to many countries of the world on the basis of "delivery with unpaid customs duties". This means the recipient will be responsible for all sales taxes or import duties that may apply locally to the purchase. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.



    CAN I TRACK THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?

    Yes, you can follow its journey to you. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way within 48 hours.
